Well the Winter Vail buyout rush has come and gone, i was glad to be on the ball for this event, paying the price last year for not looking into it. This year i was prepared with:
800 small eggs
600 deeprock salt
Determination and knowledge
I was all set and ready to roll when i loged in, i put up my eggs at 8g EA and they started selling instantly, i quickly put up cookies aswell, also selling them extreamly over priced. I under cut and sold for most of the morning, also adding spices and the vender sold recipies to the list of things selling.
Although under cutters came none had my Bulk of matts, deeprock salt was not undercut till the 3rd day. At first i was worried that i wouldnt have enough eggs as they ran out so fast. Although sales stoped as more and more people decided to farm the eggs. While deeprock salt is still selling and will do for the rest of the event.
Now i made a small mistake, i thought the quest useing the deeprock salt was repidable and was going to turn a few hundred of my salt into holly to sell overpiced untill the event again next year. This was not the case as it is not a repidable quest, therfore i have lowered the price to sell as much as i can in hope not be left with any.
My profits currently stand (aproximatly) at 4000g profit, it will be (aprox) 5000g if the rest of my stock sales, mainly including the bluk of deeprock salt.
