Badspler Rides Black

Sorry for the late post, for the 3rd time to. No major things trading wise happened, I as mainly putting arrows on the AH to sell.

The reason the post dident get out untill morning today, was i decided to start a OS 3D run with 4 other members of my guild and some PuG'd people.

We were a solid group, we had about 8-10 wipes before we mannaged to pull it off.

This was an achivment and title i have wanted to get for a long time, and even better i won the roll on the black drake.
I was offered 5k gold by someone, i had offered the guildys in group 3k over vent. But i decided to keep the drake for my self. Now all i need is for blizz to remove it from game when the xpak comes out.
So would you trade away the drake for 5k? Pay 5k to someone for it? Tell us what you think.

not a big day

not a lot happened today
I did craft a good smack of my glyphs, ill finish the rest of my crafting tomorrow. I couldnt get into dal without disconecting to trade inks into the lower ones. Why am i crafting so many? Two reasons:

1 I am crafting all the glyphs to crash that i dont have.
2 I am replacing the glyphs that are selling well, in this case all of them, because of there price.
I did mannage to get some lucky guy to make me 500 stacks of arrows. Yay for offloading eternals. I diden't have time to post last night because i finaly found someone to craft me these arrows, none of the crafters want to make arrows for others, since the sales are so good.

Beating up glyphs.

Edit: pics are up now as you can see

As you can see i have spent alot of money, about 6-7k gold today.

Today i started preparing, preparing on crashing glyph prices, i also talked to another glyph trader, lets call him/her Mr X for now, this just makes writing things easyer. So i talked to Mr X, saying that i was going to crash prices, down to about 3g. I told him my aim: to get compedators to leave the market. I explaned how it would work and asked for interest, our convo was cut short before asking the final, "are you in or out" question, but it seamed promising.

Later I saw that our little friend who has been trying to monoplise the eternal water and shadow markets dumped all of his eternals, I knew this would be coming, he has paniced at losing gold, so he dumped his stuff to try to recover his money he invested, don't fall for this trap! Be sure before you enter a market that you know everything, don't get cought out. Know how the eternal market works before buying it all up!

Now since i have been milling alot of herbs, i decided to get my act togeather and made myself this easy to make macro:

Now its easy to make ( just spell the names right unlike the pic >_< ) and it speeds up milling by loads! One thing iv learnt is to use your time well. I also only craft and mill inks in low pop places, like out side of org to save time on lag, it adds up.

Is there anything you do to save time? If so post a comment.

30,000 reset raiders dumped badges

Well thats right i broke 30k, tho i kinda cheated.

You may see from the pic above that all of my toons are now at about 50g and Spler is now at 32k, i have decided to do a reset. This is because most of my toons were no longer doing any trading (for the mean time) so to keep better track of my proffits, i have 'pooled' all of my money on Spler. This will also allow you my audience to see better where money is growing and shrinking at.

Well i sold that ore i bought from Mr farmer, i found out that hes very chinise, I sent some chinise phrasies to him, got some responces that i dident understand, was rather fail. He(/she?) got really panic like and was logging on/off for 5 mins, then hasnt loged on since, might of blown my chance.

Well i have given up on raiding ICC, thats it im not even going to bother to look for a guild to try, more time to be spent with the AH. So with this in mind, i went in and traded all my badges into premodial sarronite, and my trumph badges into epic gems (6).

I mannaged to sell all of this, about 4400g worth, thats what really bumped my money up.

So what do you think, is trading badges for money worth it?

Otherwise its been a short day, sundays will always be short posts because of RL, while monday will normly make up for it with the weekly crash.

Farmer identified.

Well ill write today backwards i think:

Well i found a farmer 30mins ago, broken english, spaming in trade selling player farmed items. Barging prices was fun, and cheep as to! I mannaged to pick this guy up just because i had seen his name in trade ALL DAY, i mean like in the morning, noon and near (my) midnight. So here was our convo:

So i spent 1600g on ore like stuff, going to mostly flip it, sarronite into bars for more Belts. I felt bad for the poor guy, trying to get his quota for the day so he could go home, loged off as soon as we had finished the last trade.
(pic from morning before majour sales, all stacks on AH sold (51 stacks))

Well i ran out of arrows, that took one night and one day, 150 stacks of arrows. Noting that i sold most of mine at 9g i made 900g profit!!! yay! I NEED to find someone who i can get to craft these offten! I need Millions of arrows stored to be sold! The proffit margins are so large!

Hes still doing it:

This guys made me alot of money, ill look at my been counter tomorrow and find out how much, at least 500g maybe 1k? I Could of made more but id used alot of my eternals into belts.

Earlyer i had some belts made, 80 of them, thats because i sold all 30 of mine :) yay profit! Planning on also finding someone to constanly make these for me!

Lastly id like to mention that i finaly sold the last of my neatherweve bags. Although i was selling 20 a day, the proffit margin is very small, like glyphs. I don't think i will be carring on with this market, i was planning on destroying the comperstion to show how to gain a monopoly but its just not worth my time i feel.
I feel currently that i have my finger in many pies, any suggestions on any other pies i should take a slice of?

Flying Solo

Yea I left guild a few mins ago, oh well AH pvp's more fun than waiting for a raidspot.

Over the next few days your going to keep an eye on Malvections money (via my daily money pic) why? Well today i found a nice person to craft me some Arrows, since all this eternal shadow build up i turned 30 into 150 stacks, im planning on under cutting all the way down to 2gold a stack! Yep ill make profit down to 2g a stack, that should remove most of the market that cant scoop the lowest priced eternals. Note Malvection will send his first 300g away to cover the cost of the eternals, the rest is profit.

Hes still buying them to:

I found some frost lotus going at 50g ea! Down from the amazingly high prices so i wiped up some flasks. There selling well, high prices to this means lots of profit.

I also sent this out to someone i belive was a farmer:

Keep your letters nice and simple, less possibe language problems. Farmers allow you to get much much cheeper goods, this means you can undercutt further than your compedators.

Guild QQ

Later i did the weekly raid (XT002) it was the most amazing kill, i mannaged to solo heal half the fight, and the last min of the fight was just me and the MT vs boss (250k hp) + add's. It felt very good after killing him. This is the feeling i have been mising, im not staying in my guild any longer wait to get a spot to raid. For the moment ill fly solo, might level up my rogue to 80.

Keep the 'CoD'?

Well well crafted alot today, good to see sales coming in my mail box again.

Started off with some light amour vallume crafting, made a nice 450 bunch to slowly sell.
I also found someone selling some sarronite bars prity cheap ( 30g a stack) now i know thats = to 15g a stack of sarronite ore, but thats + time spent sifting it out buying it and getting it smelted, so im happy buying it at 30g a stack rather than getting it a little cheeper for alot more time. It was good he was also a blacksmith to.

Now after buying the eternal shadow for the belt making, i notaced that this fella was monopolising the market of all eternals, silly move, to much supply, also don't also sell stacks of what your montoplieing cheeper than singles.

Wonder if he knew he was paying 5g to buy his own shadows back?
Now i was thinking about this one for awhile, I know that this would be a very topical... topic. If i was to send a 'CoD' out after talking and aranging the price with my buyer. Then after relised that i had not 'CoD'd it but just sent the items off, would you expect i expect to get them back? For them to honestly send me money for them back? No i wouldn't, if i sent items away for free, thats my mistake, my falt, my loss. AH trading is solo, unlike a raid where you have 24/9 other players that can 'recover' from a mistake you make. By making this mistake i would learn to be more careful. So why should i give back items if people send them to ME for free?

Give an honest answer to this that last question. Just think, a simler instance, 100g worth of items/money send to you for free. Post a comment.
Now i have also notaced that my glyphs are selling, while there not undercutt, and there only not undercutt for about 30mins, in which i can sell about 5-8 glyphs. Thats about 50-70g profit, for logging on to two toons, cansling, collecting mail and then reposting (5-15mins). Grrr, ill have to find away around this, im not planing on 'camping' all day long to sell my glyphs.

Lastly heres what my bags on Spler that i ended on at the days end. I have decided to pick up some etenals (1000g worth in pic), these will be used in crafting more belts ore fliped(resold for higher prices).

For better, for worse

Short post, 2 parts
Today I branched into a new market, a small market, but a new one at least. First i have been stockpiling some neatherweave cloth. Today i got a friend of a friend to make it all into bags, 160 bags >_<. Thats alot of crafting. 150g tip, one for each bag (nearly).

They sold quick to (about 10)!

As i kind of mentiond before, im thinking about leaving my guild, this always seams to be on my mind, as much as i want to stay settled i always feeling like im moving, even if its 5 months apart. I feel like its good at first, and then turns bad. This normly happeneds after a month or two, i then spend 3 months thinking about leaving then moving on. This is month two.

As much as you want to hear me moan about why i am going to leave (please note that this blog is my diary of what I am doing, not do X to make money but I am doing X heres my results), i just wanted to pose the question that i keep asking my self:

At what point is it best to leave a guild rather than stay?

short day.

Short day today.
Not a lot happened, havnt been selling to much reciently. Trying to decide what i should use my inks on, valumes or glyphs? post a comment. Well im going to do some of both i think, might make a stash of valumes.

I have also been looking into getting other people (with professions i dont have) to make me a ton of somthing for me to sell, mainly eternal belt buckles (any other idea's?).

Also started working on my snatch list, trying to get it sorted so i can search better.

Short day for me, espicaly with restart.

weekly crash = milling monday

Wow may i say that i have never seen lichbloom before 15g! With no one snatching (need to setup snatch tool) But wow did i snatch alot of low priced herbs.

Here is yesterdays daily money, got this as soon as i loged in (before collecting)

And todays finishing results:

Well here is an update (before todays milling) of Spler's bank tabs

These herbs showns current value is:

92 x 16g = 1472 -adders tounge

129 x 18g = 2322 -icethorn

156 x 20g = 3120 - lichbloom (selling price at what i bought at not possibe 25-30g prices)

24 x 12g = 348 - tiger lilly

Total: 7,262g

Thats alot of money in herbs :)

After i milled all of tab 2 and most of tab 4 (exculding the lichbloom)
(this also includes some inks i alread had)

B-B-BACK!

Well im back.

Again i forgot the daily money pic, getting back into the swing hurts as much as the sunburn on my back.

Starting off, Lichbloom prices have changed a little, now at 20g, yay :) cheeper crafting prices for flasks.
While this has happened, frost lotus has taken the toll with prices increasing to +100g, it will come down, but what to?

I decided i needed a new tab on Spler, so i payed 1000g for my 4th tab.
I mannaged to pick some dirt cheep eternal earth. I turned it into rings and DE'd for a profit while selling all on Kwii.

Kwii mannaged to sell 957 of his 1000 singler arrows. LOL! Gave me a good laugh while i afk mail collected knowing that someone spent alot of time buying/mail getting them all!

Glyphs dident change. No drop, seams like theres even more people in market now.
----
In a personal note, i have decided that if i do not get into a raiding team soon i will leave my guild and most likly go solo or join an X guild that just chats and dosn't raid. To much stress wanting to raid in a raiding guild.

Making a mess for others to clean up.

Im going on a holday, 10days, back on the 16th.

*forgot to take pic but i remember what i had, i keepted checking but forgot to screen shot.
I spent alot aswell as made alot today.
I also have about 1k of auctions that have (+ what will sell) that i havnt collected yet.

So as for a bit of fun i decided to make a mess for others to clean up.

I have had this one planed for a while, knowing i was leaving. I have notaced that the glyph market was getting unstable, the 2-4 main glyph traders like owning the market. Including myself, alot of new meat has come into the market, alot of high undercuts have been made by the newbies to try to get market share.

Notacing this i have decided to post ALL my glyphs at the 48 hours at a 4-5 gold price, i can make aprox 80-90% of all glyphs, i have been selling, and have on my alts about 50-75% of all glyphs. I am hoping that with the markets unstable condision and my majour crashing, will bring along a massive crashing war. I have seen this before, its what got me to leave the market in the first place. If the undercutting war happeneds it will buy me some time to really have a good crafting wack. This is a gamble, my glyphs will probly just expire and my compedators will "think" that i have left the market and was just doing a big last dump. I know 4-5 gold a glyph is not much. But i think its enough to start the war, the tension can be cut with a knife. Anyway i wont be able to get on WoW while im away so i don't know how any of my plans will turn out. I lose notthing if the undercutting war dosn't start. I feel i can only gain.

Second after reading Marco's post i decided i would post 1000 mamoth cutters. Oh, single by the way. Good luck finding the over priced ammo anyway, 20 pages.

I thought it might be best if i offload most of my stock, just incase prices change. My 46 frostworm flasks were sitting around and i decided to offload them at 25g ea, this was only a little proffit, i would of been selling these at a loss if i didn't get so many procks when making them, made a few 100g profit. I put 25 on AH at 26.1g ea (AH cut makes it 25g ea), i also ofloaded a 20 stack to this nice fella:
As you can see from this pic i am also offloading a few other things, these markets were overpriced or were slightly above the price i payed, ill still be making a profit. I also bought the frost bags today via /2 for 70g, for 6. I used one and sold the rest. 80g easy profit, aswel as another 4 bag slots on Spler. I also sold some more rays, this brings my total of rays sold to 20, i think. If i am right, i have to sell 25 to break even to the patten i bought.
