Well i have finaly finished Spler's look, i don't like the look of the your avrage level one alt. When i decided that Spler would be my bank alt she was 26, now 27. I came up with the idea to make her all one colour. It started easy changing the tabard (since shes GL for the storage guild) and changing hair and style to match pet. It became harder and harder to find things that matched well. But iv finaly finished her by getting some pants that were orange enough to fit.

Daily cash, rays and relisting

Not to busy today. Love the profits coming off Hoath, my glyphs. I have decided that i will update my money at the end of the day, each day. Although its sometimes hard to get a pic when im a rush or forget.

Anyway you can see that Hoath is at 1300gold , thats another 700 gold made in 12 hours. Im really happy about the profits from this, planning on making alot of lower level glyphs tomorrow.

Anyway the update on that is this:

I havnt sold any on the AH so far. Although sales like this have been happening. I find dueling a twink and showing off the product really commits a sale. I am now sure that i am the only one (Horde side at least) that has this patten.

Now somthing i tryed tonight was flipping herbs. Buying them at under 20g a stack of lichbloom and 15g a stack of icethorn, and then relisting them at 30g and 25g, amazingly there selling. Small profit but no work, also bumping my compedators prices up. Also in other news frostworm flasks are in high demand with low supply, = 8g increase. Yum i can taste the proffits.

Runecloth

As you can see i have a total of 8965 runecloth. Thats nearly 450 STACKS of runecloth.

There are two things about this pic:

1. Each stack of runecloth is worth 6 gold
2. The lowest snatch priced runecloth was done 249 days ago!

I have been trading runecloth for 250 days now. At the start i was buying out my Troll rep. But i relised that prices bounced so much and the demand was really high, so i could easy flip cloth. I had lots of fun buying cloth at 3-4g a stack and selling it at 6-7g. I soon decided to start collecting runecloth, i don't remember why but i did. My new point of why i have it is for the up coming expantion. New faction, new rep. Im putting my money where my mouth is, 450 stacks selling at 6 gold each is nearly 3000 gold, but not only that thing, it has taken me 250 days to get enough of this cloth. My demand was much to high to get it in a week. Since i have been waiting for so long i have been able to take all the lowest priced cloth, as i was in no rush. The reason im mentioning this now is that i have finaly finished my long collection! I will fill up my last bank tab ( another 30-40 stacks) then i will collect no more.

To me this is an risky investment and can end two ways.

1. You can hand in runecloth for reputation with goblins, i get my rep to max, i get the new mount


2. You cant hand in runecloth to the goblins, i sell my cloth for a profit. The time and money invested was not worth the profit, aswel as the space it took up and the cost of the bank tabs. (although i havnt setup in guilds, i have bought them for a fraction of there worth.)
   

The reason i will sell my cloth for a profit is because i bought alot (at least half) around that 200 days ago mark, when cloth easyly hit 1.5g -4g a stack, now its hard to find a stack for 5g. Less people running old content (low supply), while people still want it for the current reputation factions (high demand). This is again why i belive i could make a bigger proffit, there will be even less suply and even more demand.

For me this is a 3000g Chopper, its alot cheaper and for a while im going to be the only 80+ person driving these.

P.S I don't know why there are so many threads on what the worgen mounts going to be, i remember seeing a picture of it while watching bliz con videos, it was some sort of pig.

My Mail is BACK!

Yes i got my mail back!

I was worried when i finaly got my ticket back though, bliz is great only took 40 hours to respond.

Anyway i made my goal of getting my gear, but i diddent make that 25k gold goal. This was mainly because of gearing up, needed new gems enchants and stuff and also because i stocked up on loads of herbs while restarting my glyph making.

In glyph making news i made 600g on the first day (24 hours)! This is great news, its so great that i can now repost undercut items so fast!!!

P.S I keep all my gold on the toons that made it. Kwii will not make any money atm ore up enchanting matts down. Spler will always be the big money maker fliping. Hoath will be keeping profits from selling glyphs. Planing on setting up another toon to sell random junk ie vender bought items and recipies. Kwii might start selling enchanting scrolls. But hey, im going to take one thing at a time, spread slowly.

Bad, Better, Good

Well to day started bad.

The word is that bliz lost all mail durring the time that the mail was down. If that is true i have lost about 2000g-3000g. Hey its not that much, but it wouldnt be nice if the bank 'lost' a 10th of my savings.

Well as i mentioned i stocked up on herbs, here is the results:

Today i notaced that flasks had risen 5g so i got quick on badspler and whiped up a 26 (sets) of frostworm, got and extra 10 from procks and 20 (sets) of endless rage with no procks.

I decided today to 'restart' my glyph selling project, this time with QA2 (quick auctions 2), this made it 1000% quicker and easyer!!! I now honestly feel that i can keep up with the competition.

Well iv done the christmis dash, and now thats over iv got alot of time till i go on away soon after new year.

So todays trading was bad. I bearly sold anything durring the day as the in game mail broke. Althrough in the morning i was able to buy LOADS of herbs, im at nearly a bank tab full of adders tounge, icethorn and lichbloom (a first!). I found that because of the xmis break the weekly crash happened today.

I also got my toons to get all there priessies, currently im buying the pets at about 50g mark. Going to resell durring the year. Although i though all of my toons could get the pet, though this wasnt the case.

Daily update

Ok its going to be really hard for me to break that 25k gold this week because of my other goal, iv been rush gearing via heroics getting T9, i just spent 2k gold on gems and some epic BoE wrists. The wrists were for getting my Epic achivment, they replaced some old 10nax wrists that i got on my first nax run. I also spent 250g on buying another bank tab, that brings me to aprox 10+ tabs! This will be my 5th and final tab solo used for runecloth. (Will explane this at some point) Ill go through and Post the contest of each Guild Bank tab i own tommorow.

Anyway iv sold all my flasks, to break even. Kwii has broke even with stuff to sell still from his last saronite shuffle. Spler is still selling a lot of vellum and fort scrolls. Ill be glad if i break the 23k mark. But who knows might be able to get some major flips* and make some good money.*fliping is buying items and selling them for more.
(might try fliping a batted hilt)

As i have mentioned i stoped raiding for about a month, missed out on a lot of ToC gear and was replaced.



Hey thats what i expected.



Three days ago i met that priest that replaced me we were doing a ToC run. Durring the first fight, after two wipes we mannaged to get northen beasts down (this was just a bunch of raiders from our guild, diddent mix well, were not a set group.) we had 5 people left alive, and my self the only healer who had solo healed since half way through the snaks. After i wondered why priest had fallen over, the shammy had died by poison. I inspected gear to find the priest (my replacment) had full T9 and was prity well geared, tho the thing that shocked me was her talents!!! It was MAD! I sent her a wisper along the lines of "wtf is with your spec" she was "compleatly offended" by me stateing her spec was bad. Soon we were fighting over vent, I was trying to explane that althrough her Heals per second were = to mine that she wasnt shielding, was in better gear and was dead half the fight! I was appalled when our female guild leader who was only listening in on our raid started defending her with out any knowledge of priests!!



What she was doing wrong:

• She was doing a Holy spec rotaion in a Disc spec


• She was not shileding


• Was trying to Applying Disc spec theory in her defence while not even doing what she was saying. (Eg: "you may have more Heals per second, but i have more in shielding", she replyed "but i have lots in shielding aswell" while not even casting shields durring the fight)


• She was not glyphed propperly (i only found this out later)


• Her rotation was crap to be blunt, spaming Greater Heals as her "oh shit move"

But worst of all was her spec:

I screen shotted her spec and put it into a neater form, also for all those non priest savy readers ( if i do have any readers yet please post a comment >_< ) can see what was wrong.

To save myself i had to teach her how to play propper with our GM biteing my ass (this is how i found alot of her mistakes out, aswell as watching her in the other fights)

I was happy being replaced, but not by a terrible player. My GM who is not class savy and dosn't understand alot of things about my class (eg: just because Disc priests are better at single target heals, dose not mean that they can't raid heal at all) If my GM saw her through my eyes she would give her a good tongue lashing.

Moral of the story girls stick to geather.

Well today wasnt a very exciting trading day.
Shuffled lots of saronite ore, heres the results:

I also decided to make 35 sets of flasks. 15 Frostworm and 20 Endlis rage. Had the worst flask run in a long time. out of the 15 frostworm flasks i got one 6 prock, and out of the flasks of rage i got NO procks. So much for flasks being 2.5 per make in flask specilistion.

Currently very deep in investments should come around sooner or later.

Mega monday!

Well its monday and well the monday crash dident go aswell as i had hoped. Most of 'the good stuff ' was already bought by the time i loged in, i was able to snag alot of icethorn and adders tounge at good prices. I then milled half the icethorn (1000) and all the adders tounge (also a 1000). These were the results:

Not only a 60% spec tiger but also a Hyacinth Macaw!!! Got both sellers names might send them a tell down the track when i have real money.

Diddnt make alot of money today, was out of stock. The monday crash fixed that though, should be good till the next monday before needing any more herbs. Might pick up some saronite ore through the week, price of it is going up and down a bit.

The Weekend crash

As you may (or may not) know, after a weekend of farming, prices drop. I love eating up all the under priced goods.

Today i did not trade to much and played my main a little more. Although the time i did trade i got a few great snags.
























I first picked up an under priced "quick sale" dammaged necklace, and nearly instantly resold for 150g profit.

Later i found someone selling a rear patten that i decided i wanted, this was mainly for the twink factor to make my 19 rogue 'perfect'. I feel i payed a bit over price but i know by useing sales of the patten i can make the money back.
I was proven correct.... Name looks familiar as well...

Made only a small profit today, as some money was spent. Planning on buying up ALL of the monday crash herbs and saronite ore tommorw, going to be a big crafting day.

Malevicton

Malevicton is one of my toons that holds a guild bank (don't they all), holding about a 1/3 of my runecloth (ill cover this next week). Pre 3.3 i had been doing the ammo scam on Spler, for those of you that read Gevlons blog will know what im on about. Simply you sell stacks of 100 arrows lower than the price of 1000 stack arrows hoping that a buyer will mistake your lower costing stacks as a 1000 stacks not 100 stack. The problem was that all those hunters felt that they were getting 'scamed' and decided to blame me, insteed of themselves. I told i little lie (again ill tell more later) to shut them, but i knew that these profits were good enough to keep doing.

This is where Malevicton comes in, pre made toon. No associations with anyone. I did'ent want people black listing my main trader so i moved the reasources to Malevicton to see how much i could make in one week by doing this ammo scam. I decided to do it when the new 3.3 ammo came out. Took my server a Long time in comparison to others. People started selling stacks at 50g/1000 ammo , i bought and relisted at 23g/100 ammo.

Results.

In 1 week i made just under 1500g from doing this.

Todays update.

Well todays been a good collecting day. Iv reached my first real mildstone goal. 20,000 gold, 20k.


Most of my sales went great, Kwii now has 4152g, from having 300 yesterday. I invested 2700g into saronite ore to be 'shuffled' this has curently left me with a 1000g profit. I also have 14 Greater Cosmic essences as well as apox 200 dust worth 600g. I feel this is a reasonable profit for the time i spent prospecting and disenchanting. I also mannaged to sell nearly all of my blue gems at reasonable prices.


I mannaged to sell alot of my flasks over night and this morning, aprox 3500g worth. I still have 40 flasks of rage left, worth aprox 1300g. I feel i should be able to sell them over the weekend.

Not alot of the valumes sold, i find that the enchanters tend to bulk buy every now and then, or just buy as they need them in 1's.

Same with the fort scrolls people tend to buy bulk or in 1's.

I got lucky with my icy prism and got 2 blues and an good epic gem sold all for 250g aswell as my daily transmute gem from alchemy at 150g.

Busy WoW day

Today was a busy WoW day, I shuffled 150 stacks of saronite ore. Made a few hundred valiums to sell, aswell at some fort scrolls. After i decided to buy some frost lotus and use some of my stock piled herbs. I really got lucky in the second half of my flask making, as i got about 90 out of making 35 (sets of 2) flasks! Iv posted it all now im going to sleep, ill report on sales tomorrow.

I never have shuffled this many ever before. (as im new to shuffling)

Frost vs Money

Today i made a decision. Like everyone we all make decisions. Today im am not sure i made the right one, a decision that may hinder me down the line. Today a guildy asked if anyone had primordial saronite (Primordial Saronite is the item that’s required for the next level of crafting gear out of Icecrown.) he offered 2500g stright up, said he needed 2 from 'guildies'. I made the decision to trade 23 Emblems of Frost for 2500 gold. The reasons for this as follows :

• Since this member is a respected raid leader i felt that the guild leader would accept this members gear incease (at the cost of my emblems of frost) would be more important than mine, maken this acceptable to do.


• I took a month off raiding, my gear level stayed at ulda level while everyone cleared up ToC and then ToGC , my gear is behind by so much now that i no longer have a priority in raids.

Although I no longer have priority, gear or the respect as the great healer i was, this was a big decision I made as the opitunity cost is me catching up to my top raiders gear level.

I took Greed over Gear. I hope i don't regret this.

The Easter Bunny, Cookie Monster and Santa Claus

Well the Winter Vail buyout rush has come and gone, i was glad to be on the ball for this event, paying the price last year for not looking into it. This year i was prepared with:

800 small eggs
600 deeprock salt
Determination and knowledge

I was all set and ready to roll when i loged in, i put up my eggs at 8g EA and they started selling instantly, i quickly put up cookies aswell, also selling them extreamly over priced. I under cut and sold for most of the morning, also adding spices and the vender sold recipies to the list of things selling.

Although under cutters came none had my Bulk of matts, deeprock salt was not undercut till the 3rd day. At first i was worried that i wouldnt have enough eggs as they ran out so fast. Although sales stoped as more and more people decided to farm the eggs. While deeprock salt is still selling and will do for the rest of the event.
Now i made a small mistake, i thought the quest useing the deeprock salt was repidable and was going to turn a few hundred of my salt into holly to sell overpiced untill the event again next year. This was not the case as it is not a repidable quest, therfore i have lowered the price to sell as much as i can in hope not be left with any.

My profits currently stand (aproximatly) at 4000g profit, it will be (aprox) 5000g if the rest of my stock sales, mainly including the bluk of deeprock salt.
